B950 CuNi2Si copper alloy is a precipitation hardened copper alloy. It has high mechanical and electrical properties. In artificial aged tempering, the alloy exhibits high strength and hardness, good wear resistance and fatigue resistance, high corrosion resistance, high electrical and thermal conductivity.

 

B950 copper alloy has excellent hot forming. Cold work before precipitation hardening can further improve strength and hardness.

Applications

B950 CuNi2Si beryllium cobalt copper alloy is used for lead frames, connectors, fuse clips, contact springs, electronic industries, railway equipment, marine hardware, accessories, resistance welding electrode holder, bearings, friction pads. The most commonly used forged shapes are sheets, strips and rods.
