B97 is a copper alloy hardened by precipitation copper chrome zirconium CuCr1Zr. It has high mechanical and electrical properties. In the heat treatment condition, this alloy retains mechanical properties and good ductility within the temperature of 300 ° C - 500 ° C.

 

The B97 is an alloy used for the ideal car for the welding electrode material joint. It has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, excellent resistance to crushing and is very stable at high temperatures.

Applications

Resistance welding tips, electrode caps for the automotive industry, arms with clamps for welding robots, electrode holders, pressure parts, aerial contact cables for electric tracks, damping rings, damping finger segments.
